about

I was coming out of a depression stage and hadn't been able to write for bit. Self doubt can be crippling, it's definitely ruined a few things for me.

lyrics

If I could tie two words together
I'd keep them there, with some kinda glue
Like the bonds that hold me to you
They'd never come apart
They'd be strong like two hearts
Theses lines on a page
But words ain't my forte and this ain't my party
So I'll just keep mumbling along, whoa oh,
I'll never write a new song

The lines on this page will get destroyed by self doubt
It's always the same way
The monsters in my head
They never liked anything I ever did
And all the rhyming dictionaries
They don't seem to help me
My words all all wrong
whoa oh, I'll never write a new song
